Fats are concentrated form of energy stored as body fats.
Fats exist as either visible ( processed) fats like butter, cooking oil, tamu,
cow boy, kimbo and many others
Fats may also exist as invisible fats found in food we eat
like eggs, ground nuts, soya ,beans and many others.
Fats are composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. When fats
are broken down after digestion they produce fatty acids and glycerol as the
end products which are absorbed and stored for energy. They are stored in
different parts of the body like the peritoneum diet, for instance providing m
around internal organs like the heart, kidney and under the skin.
